Circuit current regulation problem composed of high resistance and MOS tubes?

There is a high resistance value inside the sensor, the specific resistance value is not sure, it should be G class, the bridge has not been measured, there is also an IC encapsulated by SOT23, plus piezoelectric ceramic chip directly compose the acceleration sensor of IEPE interface, please help me to analyze, I wonder if my inference is correct?


Set up a simulation circuit, waveform is able to come out, but the current source current range adjustable is very small, the current is too large to small.Circuit parameters are correct, how to adjust the magnification, which god to help analysis again

Such interior is of high resistance value and G resistance value, which cannot be measured by electric bridge. IC of SOT23 and piezoelectric ceramic chip directly constitute the acceleration sensor of IEPE interface.

Cannot work, AC equivalent can work, DC bias point cannot be established.317 constitutes a constant current source load.

You should have taken out the imported IEPE acceleration sensor

What you won't find on the triode market is high voltage thresholds and linear regions
