Who knows about the HT7536, when the input voltage is high, it is easy to burn the tube.

Who knows about the HT7536, I meet the  a problem now, when the input voltage is high, it is easy to burn the tube. The 12V input will burn out, but the input voltage of the specification is quite high. Who knows? Thank you

In addition the input voltage can not exceed the range allowed by the device, also pay attention to the power consumption when the voltage difference is too large. When the input and output voltage difference is large, the 78 series should be selected instead of the LDO. If the current is large, it is better to use a switching power supply.

First of all, we must confirm whether the component is genuine or not. There are many imitation materials on the market, and the withstand voltage is only 18V.
Secondly, the voltage difference multiplied by the load current is the dissipated power. Here, the voltage difference of 8.4V, if it is SOT89 package, the load current should not exceed 30mA, otherwise there is a risk of burning.

If the voltage is too high, it will break down and the power consumption will burn out.

The load current is too large, which exceeds the heat dissipation capability of the package. If you don't increased heat dissipation. ,than change the DC-DC.

General, you had better to use a lower voltage than specification writen.
